Manufacturing: Allow 3 to 4 days for production, varying depending on the quantity, complexity and size of the engraving or cutting.
Shipping: Once manufactured, your item ships within 1-3 days.
📦 Delivery:

We collaborate with Swiss Post, offering PostPac Economy or Priority options.
Delivery is generally made within 1 to 3 business days, but may vary depending on your location or possible Swiss Post delays.
💸 Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery for all orders over CHF 50.- on our store.

🔄 Products in Restock:

If a product is back in stock, you can still order it.
You will be informed that the delivery time is extended.
In general, our stocks are renewed within 2 to 3 weeks. Please add this time to the usual delivery time. If you prefer not to wait, please do not complete your order.
Return policy

If the product does not suit you, has manufacturing defects or for any other reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt (at your expense).
We only accept returns on non-personalized or pre-engraved products available on our site.

Once the returned product is received, we will issue a refund, usually within 3 working days.
